My favourite ring

This is an elegant one. Maybe for anniversary.

I think this is a lovely minimalist ring featuring a beatutiful rose quartz gem in a rose gold band. I would have loved this one as an e ring, but rose quartz is not as durable as diamonds and sapphire for everyday wear.

So there was a big mix up with my ring, Richard was in Greenwood nova scotia ordered it to be delieved here at the store and they forgot to tick the box at that time his address was back home in newfoundland where we were living to. The ring got delieved to me and they messed up big time. when richard ordered the ring he remembered that my rings fit his pinkie finger so he sized it at a size 6 and thats what he ordered, so not only did they send the ring to the wrong place when i got the ring it was a size 5 he was so mad. But the day he proposed he was trying to get in touch with my parents and finally he did, we were getting ready to go to our best friends house so he put the ring in the glove box on his oakly sunglasses and it was sunny so he said hun would you get my glasses. When i opened the glass case i started to cry. so the first picture isnt the day that he did it but i wanted a picture of it with the glasses because it was a day i will never forget. And he also got me a black diamond which i am in love with. I had no say in the ring and i love it.

My engagement ring

It is so hard to find non-diamond engagment and wedding rings! I had found this on Brilliant Earth and was hoping to get it with an amethyst and emeralds instead but they only do diamonds. We ended up going to a private jeweler who custom made my rings.

I think something like these two are so beautiful and classic.

These are three rings that I picked when I first thought he might ask me... I love yellow topaz... My great aunt gave me a topaz ring that I wanted to make into an engagement ring... Unfortunately Troy hates topaz and opals... My ring is kind of a mix of the topaz and the sapphire.

I had looked at a few that were very outside the norm (as seen below) but I love my engagement ring (in profile pic) more as he had it designed for me and there is stunning beauty in its simplicity.
