Low budget out of province wedding

I am trying to plan my wedding on a very small budget. We live in Alberta but are looking to get married in BC as most of our relatives are there and won't be able to make the trip to the Calgary, AB area for the wedding. It is to be a small wedding ( 25-35 people including the wedding party), we are hoping to find the perfect spot somewhere between Salmon Arm and Vernon for an outdoor ceremony that has a beautiful lake or mountain view. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated
