Let's Talk Photos! Getting Ready

Our videographer will be there for us getting ready but our photographers won’t start until a a few hours later. I don’t think we’ll wear anything special unless they want to wear the matching tanks we got.

Yes we will be doing a couple of those

Yes we had getting ready pics, just nice to show how we looked right before the main event.

Definitely yes!! It means a lot to us, our family and important friends in the bridal party!!

I want a few, but mostly I want pics once we are already dressed up

I have been requested to have these by my bridesmaids LOL so we'll be doing it, also maybe have one with my mom for her sake.

We don't have much time, but we'll squeeze it in

Our photography package includes the photographer for the entire day so yes we will be doing getting ready photos because why not. They always turn out so adorable.

I have a professional camera through work, so I may get a family member to take some photos in the morning/earlier... the photographer will be there for the final touches/putting on the dress, etc...

We only have 1 photographer, so I'm getting my step dad to take photos of the guys getting ready. (He also has a professional grade camera).

It means I will get to put some of my own editing skills to the test after the honeymoon!

I didn't have getting ready pictures really but I did have a few pictures with my mum and girls once I was dressed.

Yes we will be doing getting ready photos in matching robes

We'll have the getting dress on and final touches but not the whole hair/makeup. Otherwise we'd need our photographer for 12 hours lol

I'm not having my hair/make up being photographed while done.

We will have the 'final' getting ready shots done though.

The early afternoon was for our shots of us and our families. Each of our family had personal time with the groom to get ready and proper family shots.

I had set up everything from invitations to outfit/wedding details.

I'm not sure - we have the photographer coming half an hour pre-ceremony so we'll probably do a first look instead, but if I'm still getting ready at that time we'll do a couple shots of last touch of makeup or lacing up my dress.

Our photographer will be visiting both of us for "getting ready" photos.

Yes and yes. The photographer will be there when we are getting ready and we all have robes to wear that are embroidered to get ready in. I'm so excited for this!

We're skipping the getting ready photos. I'm planning to keep things small while getting ready, so there will be nothing to see lol.

We will have our photographer there for getting ready photos. He probably won’t be there the whole time, but probably an hour or so before I put my dress on. I didn’t purchase getting ready shirts for my girls. We are getting ready really early, so they wouldn’t have them on for very long anyways. So everyone will just be wearing what they came in until we all get our dresses on

I decided against this mainly because my house is going to be chaotic the morning off since we’ll have some overseas guests staying. We’ll probably just get some pictures on someone’s phone and do it that way

I'm hoping for a few professional photos of us getting ready but am totally fine with some selfies as well

We will have a camera and be taking photos ourselves. Our photographer will not be there for getting ready photos though.

Yes, he was there taking photos while we were doing finishing touches on makeup and then as we were doing up my dress.
