I never post things publicly like this but this is a lovely idea. As we are in another lockdown and dreaming of worry-free weddings it is nice to share something exciting . This is my Mori Lee, I can't wait to wear it.

I was a bit unsure about how it would look too, but Pinterest calmed my nerves. So many good inspiration pictures for kilt s at weddings. I think he ended up getting more strangers complimenting him while we took pictures than I did haha!

We're getting married at my family cottage in 2022, so I ordered these two dresses and I'll wear one for the intimate wedding and then we're doing "a year in review" party after the fact and I'll wear the other for that.

The floral one was such a great deal I'm going to do some alterations to it to make it more me, like making it a V-neck, getting rid of the sleeves, taking out a layer on the skirt so it's a bit more sheath instead of A-line.

I am (im)patiently waiting for them to arrive.

I love this. For our "vow renewal" next year I'm getting a new dress and my then husband will be wearing his kilt. I was weary about it but it actually looks really good! Im glad you posted this picture so I can get an idea.

For some reason I STILL don't have a photo of the front! Even though I've had it since 2019 and picked it up from getting alterations over 2 weeks ago haha. I only have 24 days to go so I'm getting super excited to finally wear her!!! ☺ not to mention I want Andrew to see it so badly! Waited long enough haha.
