I never thought I would spend so much money on decorations! I typically don't care about decorating my own house, but I wanted the hall to look nice for my guests.

On decorations! Or photography! Or videography! Omgggg it's been eye opening!!!! We've been very fortunate to meet some incredible vendors that have worked with our budget, thank goodness for them ❤

I never thought I would have spent so much money on wedding outfit worn by my husband. It seems the cost that one day puts for us to wear something so regal and beautiful, yet is never seen again for years sitting in the closet.

Honestly, nothing. We paid a reasonable price for everything we had. maybe chair covers being $3 a chair was not needed, but I wanted it so I got it hehe

Photography! I knew food/venue would be expensive, but I didn't expect photography to be +$2000!

I finally did the math, including absolutely everything and it was kind of staggering While it is a minuscule budget compared to others', it is way more than I imagined we would pay (I have been fooling myself believing we paid "a couple thousand". It was way more than that) People have done weddings for 50 on what we ended up paying for essentially an elopement

I don't regret it at all though.
