How to tell ppl your registered?

Hi ladies, this might seem like a basic question but I was just wondering how you tell ppl where your registered?? A few close ppl already asked me themselves but how do u get the word out there typically? I just registered with Amazon.

If you have a wedding website, put it on there. Or you can send out an email to everyone. Or if you haven't sent invites yet, add it to your wedding invite.
