How to send save the dates electronically?

We just sent our save the dates in a mass e-mail. It was easier for everyone.

Yes we did! It was nice because guests can RSVP through the invite.

Late to the party but we ended up just sending everyone an individual e-mail. This was a process but I just copy and pasted a message, changed the names & e-mail address and hit send. maybe not the easiest way but it worked just fine! plus we needed some addresses for when we send the actual invites out so we asked that people responded to us with their postal address

Most did, some didn't but we will figure that out when I have to address the envelopes!

Now I just need to collect email addresses!

We used paperlesspost.com. It was easy to use!

AppyCouple (which we’re using) has save the dates.

Do not do a mass email unless you put everyone in BCC:, otherwise all of your contacts emails are now public to each other, and that will announce many people.
I just sent ours out whatever way people would get them fastest. Text, FB chat, or email. I took it as an opportunity to ask for their mailing address as well, so I could compile those for the actual wedding invitation.
