How to address the envelopes

Meghan, on December 27, 2017 at 19:42 Posted in Plan a wedding 0 5
I’m getting ready to do up my invitation envelopes but I’m debating how to address them. I was going to put “my family member & family” for example Julia and family instead of listing everyone’s name. How’s everyone else doing it?

When it came time to our mailing time, i put the names personally of the household. Then the number of guests reserved for RSVP according to the names.

We didnt give plus ones to anyone we didnt know so we addressed all envelopes to specific people by name.
<maegan & don> Then if the guests had kids, we addressed it to both parents and family. <maegan, don & family>

I was going to do "The Blank Family" for families. For couples I'll do both names.

    I will be putting <couples/parent names> <and family> (if they have children) or for singles <name and a guest>

Most of our invites are couples. For example, "Julian and Brianna". In your case I would also put "Julia and family". And then those in relationships with people we really don't know we just give hem a plus one so the invite will be just to them and the a plus one.
