We are getting married in July 2020, and I have already decided on pink roses from Costco. We are only using flowers for the bouquets and boutonnieres.

We are only having flowers for the bouquets. Guys are probably doing silk boutonnieres & pocket squares. I have my styles picked out. We are getting them through Costco (most likely). Due to the minimal order, I probably won't book a consultation til summer (maybe late May)... Then I'll have a better idea when I actually need to place the order. January wedding = no flower decor, so I'm not too worried about this one.

Oh man, I had to dig deep in my calendar for this one!!

I booked my florist 13 months before the wedding so we had already decided on a general style, colors, and the number of arrangements. I also met with my florist 2 months before the wedding to see a mock-up of two different centerpieces to make sure we were on the same page and we made some small tweaks from there!

The only flowers we have are in bouquets and boutonnieres and I knew before we got engaged that I wanted white calla lilies (favourite flower). Still don't have a florist yet - plan on booking that within the next two months.

Still choosing but I expect to have them chosen in the next couple months, so about 4 months from the date?

Still haven’t but I’m not picky. Just going to choose what’s in season and in my colours.

About 3 months before the wedding we picked our flowers, keeping in theme of course.

I picked my flowers about 9 months before the wedding. However, I'm doing a final sit down discussion with my florist about 8 weeks before the wedding to make final changes/choices.

I have an idea of what I want (faux flowers and DIY), but the actual flowers used and the style, that's still up in the air.

We did that back in January, so that was between 3-2 month prior to the wedding. Keeping in mind that we got engaged in October of 2017 and our wedding is next month in April so all of my decisions have been made within a 4-5 month period.

We actually switched florists half way through planning. We knew exactly what we wanted. We just felt as though the first florist couldn't give us what we wanted when it came to our vision for our day. Our new florist is amazing and has gone above and beyond to bring us everything we want for the day.

Going to get this done in the next week so approximately 16 months before the wedding it will be done.

We started reaching out to florists a few months ago and just last month booked one so we will be looking to meet with her and finalize flowers in the next month or so which will bring us to around the 1 year mark from our wedding

I met with our florist about 9 months before the wedding. She said she gets super busy for wedding season and wanted to lock in our date. She’s a family friend as well so that’s been great. She’s not doing our centerpieces though, I knew a year before our wedding how I wanted our centerpieces to look. We’re doing babies breath and getting it from Costco.

We did colour scheme first then we went to picking flowers. But since my wedding is in Sept so end of summer and beginning of fall, I combined the flowers in each season for uniqueness. I'm only doing fake flowers as I wanna save.

I think the flowers we chose decided the colours for the wedding, so they were picked out really early.

I knew what colours I wanted as the main part of the bouquet and I wanted dahlias and sunflowers but everything else was left up to the florist. I think I made the decision about flowers 4 months before the wedding.

Center pieces I am doing fake flowers and various kinds. I need to see what will be in bloom that year and what matches my colour schemes if possible. For bouquets, I will do real and for the boutonnieres. My mom's boutonniere needs to be fake due to allergies. My florist was really good I told him my budget, he told me what he could do with it and what flowers in bloom and what to expect.
