How far is your venue from your home?

Its about 20 minutes from our house

Mine is 10 minutes from my fiancé’s aunt place in Scotland but it is a destination wedding since we’re byh from different countries.

There is a 45 minutes drive between the ceremony venue and the reception venue. For some of the guests, this means a 1 hour and 15 minute drive to the ceremony venue

Mine is 10 min drive. Wanted something close because I am forgetful haha

Our venue is about 10-15 minutes drive from us and most of our family. Some have longer drives (about half hour to 45 mins) and some even longer - out of town/country! Lol

Our venue was 20 mins from my home, we selected strategically to be close in case of issues. All it was pretty central to make it easier for our guests to travel to. Which was very appriciated by all during the reception.

Our venue was 3.5 hours away from where we live.

About an hour and a half by transit. We obviously won't take transit on our wdedding day, but we don't have a car so not sure how much it is by car. I think about 25 minutes?

25 minutes drive to a secluded area private enough for no chance of traffic or going far to enjoy the activities at the venue.

Once again, very far! It's about a 36-40 hour drive or a two plane flight, total of about 7 hours.
But from our hometown where we lived when we booked it was about a 45-60 minute drive.

Our venue is about 30 minutes drive away.

It's about 20 minutes away, so prep will be easy.

It was about 15 minutes from where we lived. Same city.

Our ceremony site is a 10 minute drive from us, and our reception venue is a 15 minute drive from us.

The venue is only about 40 minutes from where we live. It's fairly central to the Greater Vancouver Area, but most of my FH's family is from Chilliwack... so it's a little less central to where a lot of the guests live.

It’s 20 minutes from our house but it’s about 10 minutes from my fiancé’s parents house where he’ll be getting ready and is about 5 minutes from my parents’ house where I’ll be getting ready so we’re not going very far xD

About a 20 minute drive, it is in downtown Edmonton!

It's a 2 hour flight to Southern Ontario or a 18 hour road trip for us! Most of our families have a way shorter distance (anywhere from 15 minutes to 8 hours driving lol)

We’re having a cross country destination wedding.

It's about a 20 minute drive through the city. We're getting married in the same city we live in, and where most of our friends live.

3,348km away, to be exact! We both live in Alberta, but are from the National Capital Region, so though our wedding isn't a "destination" wedding for 95% of our guests, there will be some traveling involved for some of us. That being said, it's about 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa.

Our venue is about 20 mins away from our house and my parents house (where I will be getting ready)

Majority of my family live pretty close to the venue, maybe 30 mins away at the most

It will be a 45 minute drive for us, but if you live on the opposite end of the city it will be a bit longer as this is the commute from the perimeter. For my extended family they will have to drive like 5 hours even though we are in the same province... Hope they come!!
