Follow Up Friday - what vendors do you need to reach out to?

Gotta work on DJ and getting another meeting in with our venue! Our original sales guy from the venue left so we have been passed onto a new girl we would like to go in and formally meet! As well as discuss rehearsal dinner being at the same venue too!

We're approaching three months of being married, and the timeline our photographers gave us for photos. So, in the next couple weeks, I may need to reach out to them!

Right now we are focusing on our officiant and flowers.

Just went to a wedding show last weekend and found a florist that my step mom knows. So going through some ideas and setting an appointment with her.

Contacted an officiant this week, waiting to set up an appointment to meet and see if he is a good fit.

Aside from that we have pretty much everything off to a good start.

We still need to decide on a caterer (stuck btwn 2).

We need to, possibly book a photo booth.

I may have changed my mind on our photographer so that needs to be resolved.

We also need to get the welcome dinner arrangements in order. (The joys of a destination wedding)

Just contacted a florist today through ww! Need to get a move on with some things lol so at least that’s one thing I can hopefully check off soon! I still need MUA, hair stylist, order a cake and decide if we want a DJ. So much left! But I’m so busy with so many other things right now. Just trying to move forward with one thing at a time lol

I need to reach out to our baker, we were supposed to do a tasting in September once their busy season wrapped up. And the florist, I've got details and quotes, but we need to place the order. Other than that we're doing pretty good!!

We are less than a year away, and I am considering changing venues...stressful and we need to get ahold of the new venue we want ASAP but they have a reputation for not getting back to clients too quickly... I am freaking out a bit!

I'm heading down to London in November and I need to book meet-ups with my officiant and DJ!

I need to book my decorator. she is so bad at getting back (it also was a wedding show here wed/thurs). so she is SUPER busy. I saw her at the show last night. calling her Tuesday to go drop off deposit/sign contract.

and hair is tentatively booked. just need to officially book.

and last night met a piano player. need to talk to her about booking for ceremony. her requirements.

these are all next week problems! hahah

I need to check on my photographer! I haven't kept in contact with her since booking and I need to figure out my engagement photos lol.

We have the venue, food, and officiant but I would really like my FH to get in contact and get a contract with our friends that will be bar tending for us (they own their own company) as well as his friend who said he would be able to DJ for us at a discount... All for him to do but we've been so busy with our new pets and our new house...

Ohh! I also need to book hair and makeup!

I still need to officially book the DJ, find an officiant, order the cake and hire a second photographer.
