Flowers or chair rentals?

I would for sure go with the chair upgrade. Decor is decor, if you were fine with the amount of floral decor before then you should be trying to improve where you can.

Plus the cross back chairs look so nice and would make the pictures look that much more like a rustic wedding!

My FH wants to rent these dramatic comfy,plush bride and groom chairs. Very difficult to find! That and flowers are important

Those cross-back chairs are seriously gorgeous! I really love them. The white ones are nice, BUT, I went to a wedding that had folding chairs and some of them succumbed to the weight of heavier guests. So if that might be an issue for you, maybe upgrade those chairs!

However, I am also in love with the cross back wood chairs:

Flowers! I think I have two pictures that actually show the chairs! But the flowers are in practically every picture! At the end of the day, no one will remember what the chairs or flowers look like, so it will only be what is captured in pictures.

I’d like to know what chairs you’re starting with. Do they really warrant an upgrade?

Personally, I'd go with the chairs. I'm not doing much in the way of floral decorations, so I'd upgrade my chairs.

For me, comfort trumps fashion a lot of the time lol However, if floral decorations are really important to you, I'd spend the money that way.

I think I might spend more on the flowers, to be honest. Chairs are chairs, really, and I don't even mind chair covers that much. But you're staring at your centerpieces all night, and the flowers will probably feature so much more in the photography. Ultimately, go with your gut and try not to second-guess it

I would be so torn between these 2! My venue has the nicer chairs included in the package, and I am not a huge fan of over the top flowers.

It would depend what your venue looks like minus the extra floral decorations! If it is somewhat bare, I would go for more flowers than nicer chairs!

The choice between the 2 would be chairs if your going to just want to make it more comfortable. We had chair covers provided and looked as good rather than nothing. Regular chairs were nice too.

100% I would go with nicer chairs! I personally cannot STAND chair covers.... I think they are so gross and tacky. But that's just me for my own wedding! I would never judge another wedding for having them because I know the chairs can be expensive... but personally no chair covers was an absolute MUST for me
