Feel like I’m missing something

I feel like we are missing something with the wedding lol.. we have the invites sent, venue, DJ, wedding favours, flowers, centrepieces, the officiant, and transportation. We decided not to do a photographer (due to cost) a few projects in making.. but anything else that should be looked into and booked now? Our wedding is in August

    Once you have all your vendors in place, it's important to do the smaller things such as:


    Day of Time line (you'll need to talk with your vendors to know what time they need to set up)

    Confirm your dress alterations and that your bridal parties outfits are all ready to go.

    Hair and Make up (These can book up early so I recommend looking into this soon) and which of your bridal party have an interest in doing it as well.

    Where are you getting ready day of wedding? Who has rings, etc, etc. (Do you have your rings?)

    Start putting together a rough seating chart as RSVPs come in.

    Get all your decor done, decide who is setting up or when its getting dropped off.

    Provide music list to your DJ!

    Have you looked into when you are getting the marriage license and everything that goes with that? The order of processional? The layout of the reception? Seating plan? Wedding website up to date? Day of timeline? Hotel for guests? Honeymoon?

    ushers or anyone to do readings for the ceremony, if you want them

    I'm not sure that anything else needs to be booked right now, but there are other things to think about:

    Do you have an idea when you want the ceremony and reception to start?

    guest book

    seating chart

    Cocktail hour

    Late night snack

    block hotel rooms for out of town guests

    wedding website

    - Florist or diy bouquet
    - catering or food selection (menu)
    - seating arrangement (when u have all rsvp)

    Hair and makeup maybe? If you're not doing it yourself. Musician for ceremony or sound system if one isn't available, that's all I can think of! You sound ready to me! 😊

    Yes to my dress.. everything else no.. and I’m undecided to either get hair and make up done at venue, since I will have a brides suite to or go right to hairdressers

    Have you booked your hair and makeup appointments? Do you have your dress? Does your wedding party have their outfits? Does your FH have his suit?
