Wow, we decided to email out invites instead of the traditional paper/mail invites. We sent them out this weekend and half the people we invited have already replied. This is awesome! I love instant information and it's super helpful knowing this fast who all is coming or not coming.

    I google wedding invite templates, but in the end we used one that my friend designed for us. She likes to do graphic design so she made us nice traditional looking invite in file format that we could put into the emails.

    We are sending our paper invitations because we and a lot of our guests love that traditional mail aspects, however we want to have our wedding website set up for RSVPs so that we can get it instantly

    I wish we could have done this. Unfortunately more than half of the guests invited to our wedding are over the age of 60 and don't use computers all that often. It would have been a disaster.

    We designed out own invite and then we emailed our guests with the invite attached as well as directions to our wedding wire website where they could RSVP.

    We're also doing online invitations and RSVP's. We haven't sent out invites yet, but some people have already booked their flights and hotels because we did save the dates. I get excited when I get a message from someone saying they've booked their flight!

    Glad to hear people responded so quickly! Hope it's that smooth for me too.

    Yeah i get excited when ever i see an email saying New visit to your website, or see who RSVP'd.
