    I felt like a princess the whole day in it - the A-line silhouette was super flattering on me and it wasn't too heavy/hot throughout the day!

    I ended up buying a pnina tornai dress (say yes to the dress lady) she had a sample sale and i got an AMAZING deal on my dress im so happy!! ive always wanted a ballgown and thats exactly what i got!!

    I always knew I wanted a ballgown. My dress was a lot simpler than I envisioned, but I loved it. I think it really suited my personality (and my budget 😛).

    This is mine! (It's the picture from the online store) It's not a wedding dress by most standards, but it's just so me and fits with my rustic-getting-married-at-home vibe and it's so flowy and comfortable which is what I wanted with getting married outside at the height of summer. Plus I love that I'll be able to wear it to other formal occasions after the wedding too!

    I got rid of all the photos of the almost-dresses so I wouldn't look at them and second-guess myself so here's 'the one'. It's very simplistic, which I love. Can't wait for it to come in in a couple months!

    Above, THE dress, below the ALMOST dress. Dresses - Inspo and share your own! 25If dress two hadn't been over budget I would have had a much harder time choosing. In the end I bought the dress I could afford (under budget 🥳) and it fits our venue and our wedding style so so well. My mom cried (at the wrong dress) after they put the veil on me, which did not make the decision any easier! Maritime brides, I highly recommend visiting Sherry at Lockhart's in Sussex!
