Dress Duels: Full or Fitted?

Cliodhna, on January 6, 2020 at 09:05 Posted in Wedding fashion 0 17

There are so many dress silhouettes to choose from, from ball gown to fit-n-flare. Which silhouette is more your style? Do you prefer figure-hugging dresses or something fuller such as a ballgown?

Which dress silhouette do you prefer? Full or fitted?

Mine is more fitted than full. It's really flowy and loose on the bottom with a train, though fitted through the top so I don't know 100% if I would call it fitted.

I went with an A-line gown with a full skirt. It isn’t over the top princess ballgown though.

When I first started dress shopping, I was more into a full dress and nothing tight fitted. Once I started trying dresses on, I was pulled towards fitted dresses

I thought I would go for a sheath style but I wound up falling in love with a ballgown, so full!

Full, I just love the princess look and for me personally with being body conscious a full dress is more forgiving

I'm with full! There's not many occasions where you can justify wearing a ball gown! However, my dress was more A-line, which is my favourite silhouette!

I'd have to say fitted although I really prefer something right in the middle. Anything that screams princess really isn't for me.

Figure fitting. The only Disney princess wedding dress that I liked as a kid was Princess Jasmine's because it was the only form fitting dress lol
