The guest list is difficult, but once you're done with it, it will feel so great to be able to get those invitations ready to go!

I think the two things to decide up front: will you be inviting children and who will get a plus one. There are almost always people who can't come (although my coworker's daughter had 78 of 80 people come! But that's the only time I've heard that many going!)

Yup! Guest list has been the hardest for us too (and for my friends who recently got married!).

We originally wanted a small (under 100 people, including the wedding party) wedding - our first draft of the guest list was over 450 people though! We compromised on 200 - we've managed to get it down to 208 people and can't cut anymore.

We did decide to also do a second list of people we wanted to invite, but can't afford to have for dinner, and are inviting another ~60-70 people as wedding crashers (with actual invitations!) for after dinner. In all we'll have about 275 people there!

Oh yes we both have big families me the most! And even a few saying already not going from his family , ridiculous I’m not losing sleep over it .

Oh trust me it never ends! I am 49 days out and in the process of receiving RSVP's. My best advice is to invite everyone try not to cut too too much because you will get nos. Also what Ive been getting (that's REALLY ANNOYING!) is someone whom I only invited them alone RSVPing for them and a guest! Like how rude is that? What and awkward position to put the couple in to deny them. Soooooooo much fun

Oh I plan on only keeping our immediate family and friends . Just started doing my list. I have 12 bridesmaids and 12 groomsmen! Plus flower girl ring boy! I want a big wedding

Your guest list is to know whom you want to be there pn your day. One piece of advice i read on a site said not to include anypne you haven't spoken to over a year time. Set a limit between you two to see what budget will allow based on the venue.
