I feel by finding a venue that does it all takes away from the experience that every bride has But also seeing the stress that my friend is going through I am also happy I went that route.

485 days to go September 30th, 2023. I have lots of time. My venue does everything for me so I've been spoiled. I did get someone to do silk flowers for my bouquet and my bridal parties bouquets, I will use the venues bouquets for the bouquet toss and the other 2 bouquets for memorial chairs. They also take care of the cake, but I'm getting my good friend to do a bride and groom cake and the venues cake will got for the guests. I just have to wait closer to the date to meet with everyone and finalize things with them so I'm at a stand still.

Going dress shopping in August. My playlist is already done, Hair, makeup mani & Pedi already booked.

Now I have nothing to do but wait...

Oh my gosh! That's pricey!

If you don't find anyone, check out Emilie Smith Photography. She did my fiance and I's engagement photos and she has done tones of weddings in the mountain parks.

I have inquired about it, but their pricing is a bit much. It is $400 for every half hour. Where as we are waiting to hear back from someone who charges $550 for an hour and a half.

Have you tried asking your photographer that you have booked already to see if they'll stay and take your golden hour photos?

I feel the exact same way! It doesn't feel real. When I get out to Kelowna, I'm sure it's going to hit me that it's really happening! I can't wait for 3 weeks of hot weather and to be back home!

It's been great! I got our ceremony location booked, dinner reception booked, hair and make-up and a photographer for the ceremony and photos after with family and wedding party. I am now just looking for rentals during the ceremony and a photographer available to take golden hour photos of me and my FH but been having a rough time with that. All the other stuff can wait for fall.

120 days! 🤍😬🥳🤩 completely done everything! Did my last online order and I’ve started organized everything into bins and labelled them. Now I can enjoy my summer and enjoy my bachelorette at the end of the month!
