Sometimes it's a good thing to start planning early and get your venue locked down and things rolling for your big day!

My fiance and I started planning and booked our venue 2 years before our original date.

We have toured 2 venues, with 1 tomorrow and one Saturday. With lots of time to decide, we can have fun touring anywhere we want, and pick what we want without feeling rushed.I was pleasantly surprised that he really loved the first one (his 2nd, my first so I didn't think he'd care much lol)

I wanted to do something extra since I only plan to do this once lol 😂 some other things I’ve gotten in my boxes include - slippers, silky robe, face masks, balloons (plus a bunch of other bridal shower/bachelorette items), workout gear, a nail kit, and a cute diamond shaped necklace!

Im not really counting down but i can tell you its about 4 months away. We were planning to get married 2020 and than covid happened than we had a date set for july 9 in poland but than the war happened and we didnt want to take any chances so now we have a date set october 22 not to far from home and only with close friends and family.

I feel you, I just found out my little cousin got married in his parents home during the pandemic and they have nothing but regret because they wanted something big with family.

Tell me about it, had to change wedding dates just so we can get married. Was almost giving up and was going to plan an Airbnb at a cottage for our wedding plan C was eloping, but he said no to that.

He has booked everything! Created the invites, color themes etc... mailed everything out, he has been on the ball. Of course he runs it all by me, and I just smile and nod, yes, looks great lovey, go ahead.

I noticed this morning that most of the items in ny cart I put on hold to buy close to the wedding have increased drastically in price! Wedding season is here 🎉

It's been tough for couples, same with my friend, she is finally getting married in two weeks. It was almost a joke that I would get married before her. She had to change a few times to get everyone she originally hired be available. Excited to finally see her walk down the aisle after two long years of waiting.

I know for my fiance and I, we've lucked out with all of our vendors as we had to switch wedding dates twice and all of them have been free for both dates changes that we had to do these past 2 years

65 days!!! Our engagement was much longer than expected because of COVID so we are very excited to finally tie the knot! Almost everything is done except for dress alterations, sorting out the day-of schedule, makeup/hair trails, and the final details meetings with our vendors. We're moving from NL back to ON where we are getting married, so the bridal shower and bachelorette party will all happen pretty quickly too. I can't wait!!

Met in 2010, started dating in 2013, engaged in 2019, rescheduled wedding in 2021, finally getting married in 2022! It's been a long time coming ❤

Getting so nervous and excited at the same time. It’s coming so fast.

149 days. Stress-free I gotta say so far. Hubs is very involved and he holds a Master Scheduler/Planner as a title at work, so I let him plan the whole thing. haha Glad I did.
