Chicken or Beef?

So we are having both! But what kinds is everyone having? Lemon chicken? Roast beef? Chicken cordon bleu?
*side note- we are unable to have pork

    We had chosen chicken as the main meat choice. Everyone enjoyed it.

    Our venue only allows three meal options. Because half my wedding party (including myself) are vegan, we're doing a Vegan, Veg, and Chicken option.


    The chicken is pecan crusted.

    We offered beef tenderloin and a roasted chicken with a white wine sauce. Both were so good!

    We also don't have our menu yet and also have to wait until the new year to make our decisions on food. We will have a chicken, beef, and a vegetarian dish available though. We will also have dishes available for kids attending the wedding.

    The 2018 menu hasn't been released from our venue yet. But, we are planning two meats so either chicken or fish and beef or pork--depending on which ones are dairy/gluten free (since I can't do dairy or gluten). The current menu has two options that are gluten and dairy free, so I am hoping the new one will too!

    Filet mignon for us. It’s the standard and we are only accommodating dietary restriction for changes in the menu.
