Dress for me has been the most exciting!! But I also think that's because it's the most secret item? It's the one thing I didn't plan with my fiance but I am SOOO EXCITED for him to finally see it!

We had a long engagement, so once the big things were booked there was a huge lull. We're 6 months out now, so all those little details are consuming my life lol

We got engaged this past December, and by the end of January, we had our venue, bridal parties, theme, colours, and honeymoon planned. Then we went on a lull for 2 months... now we need to book the photographer, DJ, and officiant. Also, my bridal appointments are in less than 3 weeks, s I'll have my dress ordered too. I'm excited to get the big things, like vendors, done and locked down... Then I can focus on the details and nitty gritty... my favourite part... like all the DIY projects.

We got out venue contract this weekend! One step closer to booking this feels like the biggest weight off my chest!

We bought our wedding bands this weekend too! now the problem is that I too have to wait 6 months to wear it. Some times I wonder why I'm having an actual wedding and not just eloping, all this waiting around is so hard!

There's a satisfaction of checking things of the list for sure, but at this point I'm checking off so quickly that I'm afraid I'll miss important things.

Way to go! Always feels good getting things done.
