How does this national average compare to yours?

Is your budget bigger or smaller than 30K?

    Lower! (Hopefully)

Our budget is $20,000 and right now we are looking to be right on track Smiley laugh All in right now with the main things of food, venue, booze, and DJ we are sitting at $16,000 and the rest would be for decor, favours, tips, etc.

We set it at 20k, not including a honeymoon, but we are way over, probably closer to 30k by the end of it.

I wish! we decided to have our wedding on a small budget. luckily my mom is paying for the food and my dad is paying for my dress and the alcohol so that cut down our costs! My FH dad parents gifted us $3,000 for whatever we needed so we have planned the rest of the wedding on that budget. so crazy

Ours is a bit smaller - all in. We didn't set firm a budget, just trying to keep everything as low as possible.

We never had a set budget. We started wanting to stay around 10k but then decided maybe 15k was more reasonable but definitely under 20k and we are still under the 20k! Looking at about 16-17k at the end!

    Mine is bigger than 30k.

With the venue we chose its impossible to be under 30k. Trying to save in other areas though to make up for it!

I would be interested to know what all is included in people's budgets.
    Does this include honeymoon?
    Does this include trial costs?

Did people buy dresses etc for their wedding party?

Right now I am tracking everything, even stamps, lol.
Ours is looking close to $35000 for everything, but we definitely don't want to spend that.
We are looking at cutting costs everywhere we can.

We found we couldn't throw a wedding in the GTA for less than 30k, so we are going to a Punta Cana and spending less than 10k!
