August and September 2023 brides and grooms!

197 days to go! All big things booked. Had our venue tasting last weekend. Need to finish the invites and send out hopefully in two weeks time. We have started making table numbers, but are waiting for the weather to warm up so we can go outside and paint/saw. Hair and makeup trials are booked for May. I have also started picking away at small things like making signs. So much done but so much still to do 😅

Venue , officiant, photographer. Dj, I got my dress but need to look for where to get it altered and get flowers we are working on invitations , we also need to cake testBut the decorations are all set ,

I’m 190 days away from the big day!

I’ve reached a point in my planning where all my big things are done and I’m slowly picking at some small things to make sure I don’t get behind but I feel as tho I should be doing more!!
So I’m slightly stressed out with that thought constantly going through my mind but I am also getting excited more and more as we get closer!

We have 214 days to go!


The only things we have left are my dress alteration in July. Meeting with the officiant, our license, the park permit, my shoes & jewellery, and booking my hair appointment.
We’re also house shopping…. just to add a little more excitement to our plans. If the house we are looking at comes through there could also be a big cross-province move in August.
Nothing like a little more stress, and an extra challenge. 🤣

204 days for us! DIY décor is coming along. Certainly not finished yet, but it's well under way. All details are falling into place. We are meeting with our cake maker next Saturday to decide on the cake/cupcakes/cake pops (not sure yet). All the big vendors have been secured for some time, now it's just putting all the details in play for the big day.
Oh and I think I'm changing up my invitations from what I had originally planned. Time to get back to the designing process. EEK!

I’m at 162 days until my wedding!
Currently we’re figuring out flowers and our venue in St Jacobs recommended Oak and Ivy, and she said she’s willing to GROW flowers just for my wedding! How wonderful!

Nearly everything else is planned…just have to send out invitations soon and finish my registry! 😊😊😊😊😊

I feel like I was just at 218 days LOL....down to 71 days eeeeeek!!!!

We are down to finalizing things now. Just had our tasting - a few snafoos but we got it sorted out with the venue; Flowers done; Vehicle rental done; dresses at seamstress and working on some DIY items while my daughter is still home for reading week. Then onto DJ - We are booked but have to make sure DJ jives with the FH or we will have issues LOL
