Are you taking "getting ready" pictures?

100% am we have two photographers for the whole day one going with the groom/smen and one with the bride/maids I know that's not the most important part of the day but I don't wanna miss a thing and want to be able to look back on the whole day

We're only going to have one photographer, so I'm going to get a male family member to snap some photos of the guys getting ready. The photographer will be with the bridal party. I don't really care about the make-up/hair photos... so it will be more like the last 30 minutes, from robes to dresses, post-glamour session.

100% for sure! I bought those traditional floral bath robes for all of my girls mainly for getting some photos in them!

We had a few but I wasn't really all that concerned about having any. I didn't see the point in having them really.

Yup! Our photographer is going to be there for about 30 minutes with the groomsmen, and about an hour with the girls. We have specifically found a location to get ready that the photographer can jump easily between the two groups, but my fiancé and I won't see each other.

I love the "Getting Ready" photos, they capture the moments where the nerves and excitement are rolling in. Unfortunately with the time of our wedding and the distance of where the groom is getting ready we can't get any photos of him getting ready. I have a pretty good DSLR camera so I am going to leave it at the house and hopefully some of the groomsmen can get some pics.

My plan was to capture some getting ready photos. I think my photographer captured some, but she arrived a little late. I know we definitely got shots of me getting into my dress and helping with my shoes, but not hair and makeup, which is fine.

We will be for the last bit! the last part of my hair/ makeup being done and putting my dress on (zipped up part), few with the girls in the robes.

We're doing some but not a whole lot! She's arriving as my make-up will be finishing and then some details shots. A few of us before we put our dresses on but for the most part I want pictures of us dressed up!

Our photographer will be there to take photos as we are getting dressed.. but that's it

We're carving out a bit of time to get those pictures in, for sure!

We are and I am so excited! I got our robes and was looking at places to hang our dresses for the photos as well. I love the getting ready photos

I didn’t really want them at first but our videographer says that they start with us getting ready so that the video transitions nicely which makes sense. My photographer will probably show up when I’m ready to get into my dress.

Yes we will be doing a getting ready photos since our packages is all day shoot. It's a super cute idea and i would love to take a look back on every moment of my wedding day even when getting ready.

If we had our photographer for the whole day, sure. Since we only have our photographer for so many hours, we’re choosing to utilize the time by skipping the “getting ready” shots.

I’m definitely getting some getting ready photos! I love these pictures! I bought my bridesmaids some robes so we can get some really great matching photos.

We're taking SOME. I figure if I'm getting my hair and make up done, I'd rather have it done BEFORE the pictures. So our photographer will take pictures of us putting shoes/dresses on and that sort of getting ready.
