All about the venue - What does your venue include?

Joey, on August 12, 2019 at 09:05 Posted in Plan a wedding 0 19

What is included in hiring your venue? Parking? A getting ready room? Will they set up and break down for you? How many staff members will the venue provide? What else is included in your wedding package?

Literally everything. My uncle is pulling out all the stops for us! We will be setting up/taking down our own decor (they offered to do it, but I want to), but they handle everything else.

Pretty much everything. Catering, bartender, set up/ take down (except decor), hall organizer, serving, parking, sound system etc. We just had to choose an officiant, decorator, and DJ, but they had suggestions. Oh, and I had to find a baker for the dessert table/wedding cake.

    Almost everything!
We had a large parking lot, open bar with 1 bartender, tons of servers, a day-of contact working on the floor with us, a bridal suite, tear down, set up, and definitely more!

I'm really excited about our venue, it really takes tons of stress off of planning.

Planner, day of coordinator, set up and take down.
3 course meal, late night food station and dessert. Five or six appetizer per person.
All linens and your choice of accent color. Professional wait staff for service. All the place setting needs. Tables, chairs, dishes and silverware.
Guest house for getting ready and the rest of evening that accomadations up to 10 ppl I believe.
Indoor/outdoor spaces all around the grounds. So no worries about the weather.
    Parking is free and ample.
Many preferred vendors to choose from.
Also includes some decor. Card box, a table seating chart, ect....chandeliers though out the venue, which is a plus
Can't forget the signing table also is available.

Tables, chairs, valet service and ample parking, full access to the full estate for 7 days surrounding the wedding, and because it is private property we have the option of hosting our own open bar and bringing in all of our own vendors.

Nothing, we set up and take down but they will put away the chairs and tables. We even have to be careful about parking because the lot is owned by the city. But worth it I'm not worried.
