I prefer the silk flowers out of these choices if I can't use real flowers...

Personally though, I would want to use real flowers and hopefully I will be able to air dry the flowers and have it as a keepsake after the wedding

The wax coated flowers are cool but paper all the way!

I've also been hearing a lot about sola flowers which are made from tapioca plants. http://www.save-on-crafts.com/tapiocaflowers.html
