I think they are both pretty but I prefer the first. I like the lace better.

A. Especially if the lace is only on the one side. I feel like the top of the other dress may be lace all the way around.

I think b. I can't tell how revealing the dresses are at the front which could change my answer but a is very revealing on the side so maybe a tad too sexy for my liking!
