With everything that is going on, i'm sure some of us have made some changes regarding healthy or non healthy habits lol (GUILTY of the non healthy!) ... I've been doing my fair share of supporting local businesses and find myself ordering food much more often than before.
My wedding is in December and my plan was to go to the gym and lose some of that extra weight i've been carrying around for awhile now but that dream is out the window .. what's everyone's GO-TO workout at home or what are some healthy habits you can share?
