Working on my beauty side

Simone, on April 15, 2017 at 08:33 Posted in Beauty 0 10
Hello everyone,
I have been going through stress which has now has its effect on my face with dark spots and discolouration. I have switch products and is using Garnier skin products which so far is doing a good job on reversing the effects. Hopefully, before the wedding my face clears up or I will be seeing a dermatologist to have this looked into.

Thanks Zoe for providing your insight on this. I will also try these as well. As for the dermatologist, I wil see hope things are for now as I will be seeing my doctor on May 15. If the issue is lot cleared up I will request to see a dermatologist and it will be booked based on their opening schedule since they are specialists.

That's very true and I will take your advice as I would not want any further damage to come along espeically with eating.

I would warn you that if you plan to cut all those things out for the wedding, you might encounter some problems when you start eating them again after the wedding. Using diet to control skin conditions should not be done lightly as you are more than likely committing yourself to that "diet" for life.

Thanks Kate. I am going to try that as I was eliminating a lot of sugar and using natural honey. Smiley smile

Cut out sugars and carbs, dairy, that will help clear your skin. I did it and My skin is 100% better.
