Hi lovely soon-to-weds Smiley heart

As a few of you mentioned in the community, you might already have everything you need at home and would prefer receiving funds to invest on a house, honeymoon, or whatever you feel like as newlyweds!

That's great Kaytee! Let us know how it goes! A few brides can go shy to ask for money, I'm they'll love to hear what your experience with it will be like. Smiley smile Have your shared your website with your guests already or are you waiting to send out your invitations?

I think I will include it on our website and I like the one about the pots and pans.

I really like the wedding registry as it gives the people whom you are close to ideas on what you like to have as presents.

    Hey Sharon!

Honestly your best bet is to just not make a registry. People usually just give money if there's no registry (unless they were already determined to get you an actual gift, and in that case telling them wouldn't have changed anything anyways Smiley winking ). People are often offended at being ASKED for money, and don't like being told what to gift someone. You can tell your parents and the wedding party, that's what you'd prefer and then if a guest wants to ask someone if you're registered or what you want, they can just tell them and it won't feel like you are telling them what to get you. It's such a tricky situation, but I think that's the most tactful way of handling it

I prefer the wishing well. I just don't know how I should go about telling our guests about it...
