Will you Hashtag your wedding?!

I personally don't use social media much, I prefer group chat platforms like Discord, so I don't personally see a lot of value in it for myself. What I've been doing for other events and such is doing shared Google Images albums, so if we do decide to let people take pics, we'd probably do something like that. I also like the idea of physical photos instead. One wedding I was at had everyone take poloroid pics so the couple would have memories of who all attended, and that's a fun idea for pictures.

I think everyone is different about social media but it's always awesome to see everyone's photos from the day besides the photographers

We did not as we preferred not to have the photos posted BUT I do think it's sweet and fun when people do a hashtag and I always be sure to follow it and post if I have photos

Was thinking about it (better put more thought into it as the date is fast approaching lol) Was going to do a QR code. My daughter (MOH) and my niece will be taking pics of guests on the dance floor with a pair of red heart glasses - creating a long instagram reel - i love it! Unique!

I agree with you both....guests will have a completely different take/view of our special day. And I LOVE having tons of pics

I will be doing it all, Hashtag and QR codes for photos. Not that I don't love what I will be getting from my photographer, but I love seeing what other capture from their cameras. Not sure of the Hashtag we will use but I have the rest of winter and spring. lol
