Who's in charge of wrapping the gifts?

Cliodhna, on December 23, 2019 at 09:05 Posted in WeddingWire 0 16

Are you or your fiancé(e) finicky about how gifts are wrapped? Do your gifts get adorned in ribbons, bows and all the trimmings or does anything go?

Who's in charge of wrapping the gifts, you or your fiancé(e)?

Next Question: Who's a bigger grinch?

For the most part, I have tried a few different ways this year to wrap gifts and they came out amazing. YouTube helped with the ways to do it. Hubby loves to wrap gifts good too. Some just hard to get around based on its shape.

Oh boy... Me. FH is not the greatest at wrapping gifts, the only ones he does do are mine, and you can tell exactly which ones those are under the tree lol he doesn't even put bows or anything extra on, apart from the name tag.

    Definitely me!

This year we told friends and family that we aren't going to send or expect gifts. We've got an expensive year ahead and we don't need anything. We did a little baking and sent engagement photos to family so I've had barely anything to wrap.

I do it more. He once took a few hours to wrap a gift for me-lined up the paper and everything but usually he does it as quick as he can

He wraps gifts to his family and I wrap gifts to mine. I'm the better wrapper though. FH doesn't believe in putting oddly shaped things in boxes to wrap them, he just wraps them as is so gifts under the tree look interesting

I would say I am in charge, but he is pretty good at gift wrapping so he helps if I need him.

I'm the gift-wrapper. He's very useless at it.
