The proposal was the best i could have asked for. He made it personal and it truly came from his heart. My parents had no idea. I called them as soon as we finished our dinner and left the restaurant.

It's definitely easier but not necessarily easy. We have almost everything set, it's just everyone has opinions that aren't in our vision of the wedding!

Yes it was a complete surprise. He did a very good job hiding it from me, Afterwards he told me he had started planning it four months ago and had to get his mom to help in order to keep me unaware. Im super glad that he did it that way. it made it all so much more special

Hey!So my fiance is a funny guy. Christmas eve morning we were getting ready to go to my mothers and I went into the bedroom and he got on one knee and presented a box to me and said "you are so special to me" there was a bow on the box that I had to undo and I opened it, there was earings inside! They were nice earings though we got to my mothers and had breakfast with the family and at this point I had no idea, with my mother and her husband there I turned around and we were in front of the Christmas tree he was on one knee again he opened the box and said "will you marry me" my hands were shaking as I took the ring out for him to put on me and I was crying as I said yes! He wanted my mother to be there for the proposal.
