Who are you getting ready with?

I had my mom and sister (MOH) getting ready with me.

We're not having a bridal party, but I have asked my bestfriends to meet before photos for mimosas and a little help getting me into my dress.


Our venue rental gives us the whole building and we can each have our own floor to get ready on so we can stay separate and get a first look.

Such a big decision! I've definitely been humming and hawing about this. My Fiance has 4 sisters and we have small wedding parties so they will not be a part of it but we still want them to be a part of the big day and feel pampered as well. During the morning I've decided to invite our hairstylist, makeup artist (who's also a friend), MOH & 2 bridesmaids as well as my Mom, Grandma & his 4 sisters. My recent thoughts are, how many is too many? We'll also have 2 photographers and videographers there...

Our manicures and pedicures are going to be 2 days before. Hair and make-up the day of the wedding. Sorry if I wasn't clear I had it all as getting ready

View quoted message Be careful getting pedicure day of! I went to a wedding where we did the pedicures day of, the oils on our feet made it torture in our shoes. Our feet kept sliding to the edge of our shoes and made it so uncomfortable. Everyone of us that had the pedicure that day were in agony. None of us wore our shoes for pictures it was too painful. Pedicure is definitely better a day or two before if you can. Serious torture for our feet.....

I'll have 2 MUAs and 1 or 2 hairstylists as well to get everyone ready. I've got my mom, 2 sisters, FMIL, FSIL, FSIL's GF, and FBIL's GF who want their hair and/or makeup done so it'll be a busy place, although I assume FMIL will probably head out at some point to finish getting ready with FH.

My mom, grandmothers, bridesmaids and maid of honour future mother in law and sisters in law will be doing hair makeup manicure and pedicures together.

I had me, my BM's, my MOH/sister, Mom, and then my MIL and Nana in law were extended the invitation.

My MOH’s will be helping me get ready in one of the bedrooms of the hotel suite. I’ll have two MUA’s and a hairdresser in the suite as well. My bridesmaids, mom, MIL and 2x SILs will also be getting ready in the living room area of the suite. A lot of people will be there and I don’t mind - I have a big family and marrying into a big one now too. Once I’m ready I’ll be presented to everyone with the help of my MOHs.

I'll be getting ready with my mom, MOH (best friend) and bridesmaid (cousin). I've invited my FMIL to get ready with me too because she got ignored and shut out from getting ready with FSIL for her wedding so I want to make it up to her

It'll be my bridal party and my mom!

I had all my bridesmaids, my step mom, MIL and niece.

It was basically all the girls, then my MIL went to get ready with her son for pictures!

My mom and my bridesmaids! we have our photographers all day so we’ll get some getting ready photos with everyone!

My mom and my sister. Not sure if my grandma will get ready with us or not.

My bridesmaids will be helping me get ready, one of them will be doing my hair and my auntie will be helping me with my makeup. My mom will probably be there too

I have a small bridal party (my best friend and my sister in law) so they'll be there with me, my mom and my nan. My mom will probably help me with most of the dressing and such but we'll also have a makeup artist there. Finding out if the stylist I want will come to us in the morning or if we have to go there, but either way we'll have a hairstylist too. The more help, the merrier ❤

I'll have a makeup and hair person. My mom, MOH, FMIL and a few friends. Possibly step FMIL if she wants to get hair and makeup done.
