White or Colourful: Table Linens?

I think we will do a white table cloth with a coloured table liner

We are doing white table linen and chair covers.

I am using my cousin's off-white brocade tablecloths, she bought them in Brugges and they are exquisite! she had more people than I will at my wedding so it works out great. I'm so lucky she wanted me to use everything she had from hers! I'm actually using the dress she wore for the reception!!! She did a romantic style, using blush as accent color and I'm leaning towards gold and green, so the off-white stuff will go great with the rest.

White for now... might change my mind after exploring more options!

Definitely colourful linens instead of white.

We had ivory tablecloths with burlap runners.

I like the look of white table cloths with a colourful accent of some sort.

I went with white table cloths for my wedding, and my wedding colours where accents on the table.

We'll have to see what we can find. If we can't find a close enough match to our colour scheme then we will go for a the white table linens.

White table linens at this point in time

Besides the black napkins provided by the venue, we won't have any linens. The tables are made of massive slabs of rustic wood, which we didn't want to hide. We might add a table runner, but not sure yet.

I don't think it's considered colour... but we are having black linens... it's an evening winter wedding, so I want the lit up centrepieces, and the beams on the ceiling that are wrapped in twinkle lights, to really pop. Also the chairs provided by the venue are quite nice, but they are black and dark grey, so I figured with black linens, they will match, and I can save a couple hundred bucks on chair covers.
