Which vendor do you talk to the most?

Probanly my venue manager - I email him my random questions and he never fails to respond!! Also, my decorator - she’s the most sweetest person ever!! I text her different designs for our backdrop and our colour scheme keeps changing, so she’s been very accommodating. She’ll also be doing our flowers

No one? Since booking my vendors, I've just been hanging out, waiting until things gets closer to the wedding date to start bugging them lol.

These days it’s our planner.
We lucked out and got a full service planner whose fees include decor design.
It’s nice to just be able to leave it in her hands and let it come together.
We mostly “talk” via email and Pinterest.

I talked to my florist a lot while she was making the bouquets, she would send me picture updates weekly. Other then that I don't talk to anyone on a regular basis.

Yeah no one really! I chime in every so often with a question here and there but thats about it!

Hmmm... no one really? Haha. Aside from logistics and deposits, I haven't talked to many of my vendors more than a few times. My venue coordinator probably the most, due to back and forth questions earlier in the year... However she's leaving in a week, and will be replaced by my wedding next month Makes me sad.

I have to reach out to my DJ, photographer and officiant this week, as we're about to get to our 1 month away and they need more info now.

Our venue since there is lots of logistical questions in my mind 24/7 so I'm constantly in talks. Also my hairstylist (since she's a friend of mine) so we talk fairly regularly, even if it's not wedding related.

My day of coordinator, she is already helping me out with stuff so we talk the most. Second would be my photographer! Photos are extremely important to plan your day around.

Definitely my photographer. but that's because she is my good friend! haha but in terms of wedding things...its a tie between her, and my dj/coordinator. but even then. its been about 4 times since booking.

I don't chat with any of my vendors. *we don't have a wedding planner either* I had asked all my questions when we signed the contracts and until it gets closer to the date I probably wont reach out until two or three months prior

I think its a little bit of a tie between our venue and our photographer.

We went back and forth with our photographer to figure out engagement pics, and then which ones we wanted edited and payment for it etc.

Since booking we had quite a few conversations with our venue to change our reception space.

Communication has died down now that everything is settled and finalized. I will start contacting all my vendors again near the end of Jan to figure out time lines with photographer, hair and makeup etc.

I usually stop talking once I’m officially hooked and they tell me what the next step is and wait until then. So I’m not currently talking to any vendors at the moment. I asked my venue a lot of questions prior to booking though!

Our venue since a lot of my logistical questions involve them and they also help us with sourcing out some of our decor that we want to upgrade like tablecloths, chairs, tables, plates etc.

I guess that would be our venue/wedding planner - the venue owner is the planner. We haven't spoken in month but we don't speak to the other vendors at all as of right now... We are focusing on the wedding social so we don't really have anything to discuss with our current wedding vendors.

My fiancé and I talk to our venue the most! We normally have questions for our Event Planner, but unfortunately the venue has switched ours twice now so we haven't been "in sync" per se. We're hoping our current Event Planner is here to say, though.
