Haven't picked colours, so many pretty palettes to choose from.
But considering I am cold 365 days a year, (either due to winter or air conditioner all summer) I chose August 16 for my wedding date

We decided to have our wedding in winter but as a destination wedding in the sun!. Our colour palate is jewel tones, because we love rich colours like burgundy, emerald green, gold, rose gold.

We chose fall, mostly because my fiancee wanted wedding photos taken with the colors of the autumn leaves as well as less demand than a summer wedding. And at that time of year it will still be great for outdoor photos.

We got the venue 3 days before we got the house. We stayed in the hotel for 3 days then moved everything in the first day we got the house. Haha!

I personally rather have no heat but we both wanted it to he close to our dating anniversary which is June 10

That is so thoughtful to have a touch of red as a significance as love! And the Paws!!! I adore anything like that when it comes to the fur babies. I have yet to figure out what to do to show my two pups in the wedding. Orginally they were going to be apart of it but now we've changed the numbers from 10 to 60 it's easier to just get photos with them after lol (one of them has major anxiety with people too which doesn't help and the other one just jumps and talks!!) Haha

My wedding was in the fall. October of last year!
We both love the fall, but this choice was chosen because we were getting our house around that time and we wanted to move in together after the wedding.

We chose summer due to having family together and the kids to attend. It ended up being summer/fall August wedding which was still beautiful given its nature and nice temperature for everyone to enjoy.

The colours that were chosen were by the modern invitation cohesiveness and red to be a touch added as a significance as love. The cake itself was the same colour as the Thank you card (same as invitation) and paws for our dog Peanut to be remembered.

I think for us - it was a pretty obvious pick of when to have it.... FALL! We love the colors of fall and the cooler weather (althought I LOVVVVVEEEE heat so would have been fine whenever haha) We actually got engaged in October as well, so we knew the season was right. His fave color is orange so that also played so well into the season/theme.

Upcoming wedding.

I choose autumn because the weather is perfect for everyone, not too cold, not too hot, no humidity (my hair will frizz!) and I love when the trees are changing colour, there is something magical about autumn.

My colour palette is based off my fiance. He had a hard time choosing what he wanted to wear, he finally choose an emerald green jacket and black pants. So I basically am working around that, burdungy, emerald, burnt orange, yellows, basically fall colours.

We’re getting married the first weekend of fall - so lots of fall vibes in terms of colours but it isn’t going to be too cold yet so no one needs to wear long sleeves. We started dating in September but we decided to go steady in October (we ultimately decided against October since we would have had to get married on Thanksgiving lol)

We’re getting married in the Summer June 24,2023 and we chose all pastel colours. Our wedding colours are blush, silver and white

We have chosen fall, with the leaves changing colour our photos by Lake Ontario are going to be beautiful. We have chosen fall colours of red, orange and yellows with a touch of navy to it all together

I've always known I wanted a blush and silver wedding so the season didn't play too much of a factor for colours. Originally I wanted a summer wedding (I love the heat!!!) but we are getting married in spring and I think blush and silver will be perfect!

Yes! Kelowna is beautiful in the summer and hotttt!!! I haven't been home in 2 years so it's going to be so nice to be there for almost the whole month of august

Ours is summer! We both wanted it to be in the summer time because we wanted the nice weather and the heat! Our colors are navy and gold. I just love the two colors together so when I showed my fiance some photos of navy and gold together he was game!
