Honestly... none of the above... Although my vision was never super traditional, it is fairly traditional, and most of the 'trendy' things never really caught my eye.

I like light boxes. I think it could fit into the concept of our wedding. We want a casino-style feast (something like this rocketpayz.com ) with blue and yellow colors. But we only started to plan, probably something will change. I also like an asymmetrical design, this is something new for me.

We are going as green and ecofriendly as possible, including biodegradable cups for drinks, paper and corn based straws, wildflower seeed bomb favours, all natural bug spray, etc!

If we could have afforded it, I would have loved to have had an alternative venue! I'm not a fan of the typical banquet hall type but it's what worked within out budget so... so be it.

What I plan on stealing is modern minimalism, light boxes, and less specific wedding colours!

Alternative venue and going green! We are having a ceremony while strapped into our snowboards 4000 ft into the alpine! And will always hunt down local everything. Love it!

    Asymmetry and unique arrangements!

Our wedding party is 4 on my side, 3 on his so we have some asymmetry there.

I also want to do something unique for arrangements and add lots of peacock feathers.

I wish we could have done an alternative venue. The ones in my city aren't really big enough for my guest list.

I like the copper look - but I liked it before it was in Smiley tongue lol jkjkjk I'm definitely happy it's a trend this year because maybe I will have an easier time finding things for my wedding! I also like the light boxes but it just won't look good with our rustic look IMO.

I'm really into the less specific wedding colours, it feels so much more organic and elegant.

Light boxes! It gives off a Hollywood glam feel and we’re getting married at an old theatre with a marquee so if fits with our venue.
