When you find out your dream venue is already booked

Luckily, this didn't happen: there was one date left. But, if it had, I would've been absolutely devastated! Venue was one of my priorities!

Well the one hall we kind of wanted was already booked which sucked because it's so close to our house. But I kind of didn't mind because that hall makes me feel a tad claustrophobic but then all the halls in the area are a little small it different ways.

Well I wanted a didn't time of year so that through out my dream venue but I'm finding a new dream venue indoors and it'll be it's own kind of perfect fit for us.

Not entirely. What happened is I wanted to do my wedding in a park that I like so much. It was the perfect spot for the ceremony but it was in Dorval and even I live in Lachine which is nearby, they said that it wasn't possible. I had to live in Dorval to do so. I was so crushed that I pause my wedding for two months haha.

No, we got the one we wanted on the day we wanted so it all worked out

My hubby picked and booked ours and it's magnificent and in the mountains. I couldn't be any more pleased with him.

It took me a while to track down the event coordinator for my dream venue. I even had to go down there to personally get her card as she wasn't responding back. She finally responded after 2 or 3 weeks and we booked the date. It was stressful but I would have been devastated if it was already booked.

I knew the Hall was available. it was $50.00, for the day.

Nope! Everything we wanted was available!

I originally wanted a destination wedding and much smaller, although it still won't be a large wedding. I compromised with my FH and we picked a great venue we're both really excited for

As soon as we walked into the Community Hall we chose we knew it was the one. It is the one of the oldest halls in Edmonton, its 98 years old. Its perfect.

We haven't picked a venue but I have had to realize that I won't likely have it in the park I wanted it, as it'll be a March wedding

Thankfully this didn't happen for us. I would be devastated

Our dream venue didn't get back to us for months, then we found another one that we liked just as much

I made a list of every community hall in and around Calgary benefits, costs and what the proce includes. I narrowed it down to 5 halls looled at them and picked the best for our needs

Nope didn't happen to us. We are more concerned with the food and making sure everyone has a good time to have a dream venue, so we found a hall at a good price and a caterer at a good price (if not a little unconventional).

I had my eye set on a certain venue for years but when we got engaged this past January, I knew I wanted a fall wedding and didn't want to wait until Sept 2018 so we found a different venue for Sept 2017. I am very happy with it, it has all that the other venue had to offer at a much better price so it all worked out!

Yes, this happened to me! I was so sad and was determined I wouldn't find anything else I liked, and actually contemplated saying screw the wedding, we're just going to go to Fiji or something and get married with just our families haha. But then I found something even better! Just took a lot of searching

This happened to us for the catering. It was upsetting but we were early enough that we just kept searching.

Nope it didn't happen to us! We luckily got all of the vendors we had originally wanted I can only imagine how upsetting it would be though
