When to buy wedding bands?

Get your band on Mother's Day and his band on Father's Day. You'll likely find a sale on those holidays.

We are getting married in June, and bought ours earlier this month (March). The jeweller said usually 6-8 weeks is sufficient for them to be made and shipped to the store, so mine will be ready mid-May. Of course if you’re getting something fully custom, you’d want to allow more time.

We bought my ring set over a year ago, and my FH picked his up about 2 months ago.

I will say as soon as possible. We bought ours 8 months ago

We’re getting married on September 2nd 2023, and my fiancé just got his ring in the mail (2 weeks after ordering it from manly bands). I am still looking for a wedding band myself, I’m not too worried about it lol!

We are getting married August 12th, and I bought mine in February during the Peoples Valentines day sale. It took about 6 weeks to come in, as I got it engraved as well. My fiancé has not purchased his yet!

I didn’t want an engagement ring, just a band so started looking into how quick we have to decide. One jeweller told me to allow at least 8 weeks. They do a lot of custom jewelry so don’t know about a chain store. That’s in Alberta, Canada.

My engagement ring came with the wedding band, just need something for the FH, but he keeps putting on weight, so we are waiting closer to the date.

We just purchased ours for our July wedding. They needed about 2 months but we both agreed it made more sense to get them earlier so they’re in our possession. This is my wedding band!

Anytime is okay! We're getting married on August 18th and we bought ours in the beginning of December due to a huge sale at Peoples

I'd say anytime really! But at least 3 months before in cause they need to be ordered. My engagement ring came with the band but I can't remember when we got my husband's.
