When one family has 3 kids - survey for kids to choose meal

Hi I have 3 options for kids to choose their meal

IF the kid doesn't have an email address for example a 4 year old

and there's 2 parents how do they choose what their 3rd kid wants?

It seems that the poll or survey is very email specific

for example couples only have one email address between themselves

How do you solve this problem ?

Have you included the kids meal choices on the RSVPs to have them reply back with an answer if sent out. Have you tried calling personally to find out from them.

How To Manage your RSVP in 3 steps

what you coould do is ask your guest to leave a comment for the meal option of their children. When your guests leave a comment, only you will be able to see it. You will receive a notification by e-mail and in your WeddingWire Inbox with their answer.
