Invitations!!! woohoo its getting so real!

Sending save the dates, picking cake, and finalizing our invitations!

We still have to get marriage license, secure chafing dishes, confirm catering, groom and groomsmen attire still needs to be purchased LMAO.. upcoming tasting, just a bunch of little things

1. Confirm booked vendors
2. Confirm alternate meeting arrangements to accommodate us being out of province now
3. Go dress shopping For MoHs and fw this weekend!

1. Get groom his suit ordered

2. finish making wedding signs

3. get invitations prepared to be sent out in early April.

those are probably my biggest ones at the moment plus the millions of little things we need to do

1. Send out thank you cards (all written, just need to drop them in the mail)

2. Wait patiently for our marriage certificate

So many next things to do. I want to have out tasting with venue. That is when we nail down the timelines on everything so I can start with invitations. Have a meeting with photographer, meet with some officiants....the list just goes on and on...

Honeymoon in the 3rd year with enough to save up for a decent trip.

Next we need to get menswear all done. my FH needs a ring, and i want to get a dress for my flower girl!

We're meeting with a florist hopefully this weekend, it was supposed to be yesterday but the weather unfortunately caused us to have to post-pone.

After that is making a vision board type poster to get our wedding party (the local ones at least) excited! We want to have everyone over for a planning session and I'm itching to take the girls dress shopping

Next on my list is put together the favours, as well as start addressing envelopes for the invitations since I'm doing them myself by hand.

I've ordered a sample of our invites and if those look good I'll order the rest and start gathering other materials to make up the packages. I'm super excited to get the creative juices flowing and start putting them together. The plan is to send them out at the beginning of May.

We have to get our rings in the spring and I have to keep pestering my invitation lady cause she is just useless.

Then we're taking a break and focusing on finding our first home.

One of our big things is left is to write our speech. FH just breezed through his part yesterday but I'm a bit more stuck because I'm a perfectionist.

We have to transcribe our vows onto cue cards, order food for getting ready on Saturday, check in with the DJ to ensure he has all our songs, check in with our limo driver to give him pick-up and drop-off times, we need to practice our dance some more and pack for the honeymoon!!

Finish school, pay off debt, start a family!
