What wedding date did you choose?!

We are getting married July 12 2025. 2 years after we started dating. It’s a significant date for us

I'm getting married on November 16, 2025. We went through a process figuring it out,
At first I suggested March or April of 2026 so we could save up money for the wedding, but my Fiancé did not want to wait that long. So, we settled on a year and a half, which would be September of 2025; however, that is in the peak of wedding season and we wanted off peak since off peak is cheaper. That is how we came up with November; it's off peak, but not too cold that we need to worry about large snow storms. That is also the reason we chose a Sunday. We were between Sunday or Friday, but decided on Sunday because most people do not work Sundays. Then we were between November 23, November 26, or November 9. Side note: I am American. We decided against November 9th because that was right before American election day and we decided against November 23rd because that is right before American Thanksgiving. Thus, November 16, 2025 was born.

We picked December 6, 2025 - my fiancé really wanted a winter/Christmas wedding and our venue told us they’d be decorating for Christmas by then!

We chose September 24, 2022 for ours, as my wife wanted the beautiful fall colors for our outdoor wedding shots. Also as we're in Alberta, it wouldn't be too cold for outdoor shots. On wedding day it was a bit windy but we still managed to get most of the outdoor shots!

My brother suggested we get married on an island, so we chose Cuba. He also works at a marina all summer long, so a summer wedding here was out. (He's the only family I have left) Seeing as he is off during the winter, Feb was a good choice, a break for us all from winter!

We're getting married August 9, 2025. I wanted a Saturday because we have a lot of people coming from out of town and my family has only ever had weddings on Saturdays. I didn't want a winter wedding, and I want to be married during the full moon. So I looked up the full moons for 2025, and August has one on a Saturday, so perfect!

I knew I wanted fall because it was in a different season from our birthdays. The date was really the first date our venue was available in October.

Our date is Nov 8th. Many reasons why, we love the fall weather, our them is Halloween, we started dating Nov 7th and he proposed Nov 12th. It’s after Nov 1st which is my moms birthday, and October is just to busy for us, with thanks giving and our friends holiday party’s and events. Also September now a days can be very hot and we don’t want that. Nov 8th is our perfect date 😁.

Beautiful! June is always a great time for weddings!

We wanted to pick out anniversary October 14th because a lot of big, fun, important things have happened on our anniversary like first trips, proposal etc. but this year it is a Monday, Thanksgiving and my cousin is getting married on the 11th. So we decided to keep the day as a memento to our anniversary and picked a different month so June 14th 2024 became our date.

Me and my husband got married the day after his birthday in DR with his family. It was small and intimate. Though we got married in January it was warm and sunny. However, it has been my dream to get married in a princess way. I not a fan of a winter wedding. So why not have our wedding near my birthday in June when its warm and sunny. So now we will both have birthday weddings.

Sept 21st, 2025 We were planning for an Oct wedding and when we went for our venue tour, we froze our butts off lol! So we decided to pick Sept in the hopes that it won't be as cold outside

We love the fall colours so wanted a September or October date for sure.
I thought 10/10/25 was a cute and catchy sounding date, but it is also my fiancé's grandparent's anniversary date as well and they are very excited to share the day with us

Picked it because we started dating in July (July 1 2018) , got engaged in July (July 17 2023) and thought it would be awesome to also get married in that month!

September 27th, 2025. Fall is a beautiful time and it’s a significant date to us!
