I know how you feel - but my seamstress was able to work with my dress and made braless a possiblity!

I think it held me up and in pretty well! And that's coming from a plus size girl with extra large boobs!

I'm a C cup, so I realize my advice might not be perfect.

I wore a sticky bra for about 3 minutes of my bridal appointment and my body heat was making it fall off so I ditched it.
You can ask your seamstress to add cups for added support. Some will even use one of your own bras for the most comfortable fit. My dress is also backless and my seamstress recommended double sided dress tape (to keep the skinny straps in place so I don't lose their support).
A friend of mine suggested a body tape bra. I've honestly never tried one but she has many times. I'm intrigued but I'm leaning towards just being braless.
