What’s the furthest distance you’re sending a Save the Date?

Cliodhna, on November 28, 2019 at 09:05 Posted in Plan a wedding 0 19

Are all your guests local or will some need to travel to your wedding?

What is the furthest distance you’re sending a Save the Date? If you’re not doing Save the Dates, which of your invited guests lives the furthest away?

The furthest ours went was Australia.

It was to my sister so i just sent her a picture of it (She told me not to spend the money to send it) and she got it when she came home!

The furthest Save the Date went to Vancouver Island but the furthest invite will go to California. The Californians already said they couldn't come so I didn't bother sending the STD.

For my family, any Save the Dates and actual invitations would be sent as far as Asia and Europe. My moms side is huge and all over the world, so it all depends on who does make it and on has to stay behind to work.

Florida is furthest for us. I do not believe anyone that lives in Greece will be able to make the trip.

South Korea! A dear friend of mine moved there a few years ago and we're extending an invite for her (and a plus one) even though we know she probably won't be able to make it

My fiance's parents live in Wisconsin and we're on the east coast! Their invitations will have the farthest to travel.

Well it would have been to Czech Republic - but we knew they couldn't make the trip as they only come over 2 times a year and never in the fall, so we just held an invitation for them at my MIL's house for them to have as a keepsake or put on their fridge for a little while.

So then I guess the farthest that we sent one would be to Texas!

Furthest away would be in Bournemouth, England which is on the south coast. I haven't seen this person for 14 years and we were so close before she moved there so I can't wait to see her!
