What part of the wedding is your mom most involved in?

My mum has been my sounding board, support and shopping buddy🙂 She might host a rehearsal dinner or brunch the following morning but that's up in the air right now.

My mom has just been very supportive which is enough for me , she has been there to listen and give adivce when I need her to which has helped so much ! My FH and I are taking care of our wedding so it is nice to just know that she is there to support me when I need her

I have to be honest, I've avoided involving her and FH's parents up until now! His parents are trying to be helpful and find venues, and my mom also suggests things but they don't quite understand our budget and why it's so limited. They don't need to, since we're paying for it ourselves!

She is either doing a rehearsal dinner for us, or a brunch the day after. She came with me to buy my dress... Other then that she hasn't helped!

My mother is planning the rehearsal dinner... Other than that she is not involved except as a sounding board... We speak almost eveyday, she is very happy for me but has no intrest in doing any work for the wedding... Nor should she, its our wedding and stuff like that is not her cup of tea... She recommend elopement.
