Highly recommend them so far - Joy and Scott are great and Joy also offers wedding planning for month of/ day of. Plus you bring in your own catering as well. I should be a spokesperson for them at this point! happy hunting!

Thanks. I’m going to check them out. I’m having a hard time finding a place I like in Winnipeg.

It's a great location, on a golf course so it will have really nice greenery.

Our venue had such a great patio outside the reception hall. The outdoor space was trrific since the family could come out from the lodge (accomodated) at the ceremony site.

The sunshine was gorgeous coming through the windows. The view overall was breath taking as you enter and see the dining room and see the water view from the top floor.

The rooftop ceremony space with sweeping views of Osoyoos lake, the vineyards and the Okanagan Valley. The fact it's the only desert in Canada makes it a unique locale, esp for pictures!

I loved that my venue was family property and meant something to me, was accessible, was beautiful (views and gardens), and budget friendly.

I love everything about it! It has cottages for accommodation, horses, a romantic creek with a bridge, beachfront access and gorgeous views for the ceremony, and a big field between thecottages and the campground for our tents. And the price for our WHOLE venue for the weekend was $1000. ❤

There's so much parking! I know it's a strange thing to love about a venue, but the vast majority of the other venues we visited had the most ridiculous, sad excuse for parking that ever exsisted.

My venue had great views of Detroit (my wedding was in Windsor) and my favourite part of the space was the Edison lightbulbs. Loved them! This is a photo from their website, my colours were different, but a great space!

I love that we’re out in the country, just being outside in general makes me happy, so I love the views. As well as the sentiment of knowing we were married on our parents farm. 57 days to go!

Ours is a nice homey mansion complex that is a one stop shop. It has the grand hall (indoor and outdoor ceremony options) it has the restaurant attached for the rehearsal dinner and the brunch the morning after as well as th hotel on site. Basically we set up Friday night and don't leave the property until after brunch on Sunday.
Since we have so many out of town guests this really sold us on the place

Our venue has a classic, vintage, 1920s charm to it that we both fell in love with. It's small and intimate and I can't wait.

My venue is FAR less fancy than any of the stunning spaces people have showed pictures of so far - it is a community hall.

What I love about it, aside from the price, is the fact that we get it from Thursday evening at 6 pm until Sunday at 6 pm, all for 750, including tables, chairs and dishes! None of my friends and family have to set up immediately before the reception, or has to stay and tear down at midnight or 1 am after it!

It has a fantastic bar set up with its own ice machine, too, which means its one less thing I have to worry about picking up.

Ours honestly took our breath away! It's regal and romantic! HUGE SPACE! And the lights at the top can change colour! It's attached to a hotel that gave us a free night stay in the honeymoon suite (which is nicer than my apartment lets be real) and just everything about it is so amazing!!

Bonus: They have gold charger plates, centrepieces, all linens and multiple other things that are included with the booking it was impossible to say no!

I love that it's an all-in-one venue, got ceremony location, reception location, hotel rooms for guests and the newlyweds! Great photo ops too! There's an all-inclusive package so nothing slips between the cracks and all gratuities/fees are already paid.

My favourite thing about my venue is the feeling that my FH and I got when we visited it for the first time last April.

We’d just come from a surprisingly disappointing venue visit and I was discouraged about the process.

Megan, the venue coordinator has had a great personality and the sun had come out for our tour, we saw hummingbirds and met the staff and got a really good vibe as we walked through the grounds. It’s a place we could see our friends and family liking and celebrating with us in. The Gardens at HCP gives you that humble botanical gardens feel even though it’s a unique piece of Victoria.

I cannot WAIT to get married there next April.😍

I think my favourite thing is the Rustic Chic look it has, it's going to be the best of both rustic and ballroom!

The 6,000 square feet terrace with a view of the sea (well, the St. Lawrence, but so far East it's pretty much a sea). I'm really hoping for a beautiful sunset.

The view, the area (mountain top), the stone fireplace in the ceremony space... and the twinkle lights all over the gorgeous wood beams!!! I love it all.

I love the venue itself; it's spacious and the outdoor area is lovely. There are two bridal grounds outside, two spaces indoors for a wedding ceremony, and three areas for a reception. There is a room to accommodate a small wedding like mine, and larger rooms to accommodate an average or big wedding.
