What is the best time to do your workout?

Hey brides and grooms!

It's easier to be consistent with our workouts if we integrate it at a specific time in our routine. Smiley flower

Which one do you prefer? Smiley smile

1. In the morning

2. During lunch break

3. Right after work

4. Before going to bed

    I would love to have a workout time, but every time I plan a workout I either forget or I postpone it a day!!

    I do mine in the evening once my son is in bed so it doesnt take away from my time with him and helping him with his homework and such !

    For me. I would say after work depending on my schedule or in the morning on a weekend to workout.

    For me it is in the morning's on my days off and since I work overnights even though I do my workouts in the morning, it would also be after work in that case!

    Right after work for us. I find the trick is to not sit down.... as soon as my butt hits that couch it is over!!!
