Get everything in writing! Make sure your contracts spell out what happens in case of cancellation/emergencies. Make sure they have a specific timeline for when your vendors will arrive, when payments are due, when they are expected to give you the final product (for photographer and videographer), etc.

And don't compromise yourself for others! Stay strong with your decisions!

I would say that the advice given was that it's my day and to make sure that I'm happy and my FH is happy. We should never do things to please others
