What different wedding themes mean about the Bride and Groom.

We are not having a clear theme either. However as most of our friends are part of the dancing community and we are not inviting any colleagues, we decided to do a small jam at the end of the reception, as we are all breakdancers.

Our theme is travel, because my fiance and I met overseas and have done extensive travelling since. Therefore, it's something personal and meaningful to us.

I don't think themes symbolize anything; I think they are a reflection of the couple, their interests, their style, or their preferences.

I think themes are just an expression of the couples wishes and personalities.

I'm not sure if themes symbolize anything really. It's all about likes and dislikes and common interests of the couple. We are having a barn wedding and that's because we both love country music and the country lifestyle. Plus the barn is awesome!
